MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
MACRODEC MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
This Membership Agreement is entered into between the individual who becomes a member of Macrodec.com (the “Member”) and MACRODEC DIGITAL DESIGN AND ART TRADE LIMITED COMPANY (“Macrodec”) and governs the terms and conditions under which the Member benefits from the services offered through Macrodec.com.
1. Parties
This Agreement is concluded between the internet user who registers as a member on Macrodec.com (the “Member”) and the company with the following details:

2. Membership Terms

Membership is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

Macrodec reserves the right to reject membership applications or terminate existing memberships at its sole discretion.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Member

The Member may use the services offered on Macrodec.com only for lawful purposes.

The confidentiality and security of the username and password are the sole responsibility of the Member. Any sharing with third parties is entirely at the Member’s own risk.

All content, design, and materials on the website are protected by copyright laws and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior authorization.

The Member bears all legal, criminal, and financial responsibility for transactions carried out through the website.
4. Rights and Obligations of Macrodec

Macrodec reserves the right to make changes to website content or service terms without prior notice.

Macrodec may unilaterally update this Agreement. The updated version becomes effective as of the date it is published.

Macrodec reserves the right to suspend, temporarily restrict, or permanently terminate membership accounts when deemed necessary.
5. Termination

The Member may terminate their membership account at any time.

Macrodec reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the accounts of Members who act in violation of membership terms.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
In the event of any dispute, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
7. Entry into Force
By registering on Macrodec.com, the Member declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.
This Agreement enters into force upon the Member’s electronic approval.
MACRODEC PERSONAL DATA DISCLOSURE NOTICE (KVKK)
This section has been prepared in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
